OUR TRAINERS

Founder | Certified Trainer | Mother of 4 | Community Motivator
Mal Zaki
Mal Zaki has been inspiring people through dance fitness since 2011 — from Malaysia to Singapore and the Maldives — helping others break free from their shell, build confidence, and rediscover joy through movement. After moving to Australia, she became a certified trainer and turned her passion into purpose — creating high-energy classes, uplifting events, and unforgettable experiences that bring people together.
Mal is all about helping you feel free, empowered, and unfiltered in class — while bringing that feel-good, party vibe every time. Through her events and community-led projects, she also champions causes that uplift others, proving that movement isn’t just fitness — it’s connection, fun, and real change.
“I’m here to help you feel free, confident, and have fun — while giving you the space to challenge yourself, grow stronger, and keep progressing.”

Group Exercise Instructor / Zumba Instructor | Registered Nurse | Energy Bringer
Jamie Hurunui
By day, Jamie is a passionate Registered Nurse, and by night, he’s bringing the dance floor to life with his high-energy, interactive Zumba classes. With four years of experience lighting up studios across major fitness centres, Jamie’s mission is to inspire others to live fully, feel confident, and move with joy.
Born in Barcelona and now living in Brisbane with his loving partner, Jamie believes in a healthy mind and body, and dreams of becoming a father one day. When he’s not dancing, you’ll find him rollerblading, redesigning interiors, or vibing to Afrobeats and Bachata.
"Teaching gives me the chance to connect, recharge, and spread joy through movement. It’s more than fitness — it’s freedom, confidence, and community."

Dance Fitness Instructor | Multicultural Mover | Baker
Dinushika Layange
Dinu blends her love of dance with her deep cultural roots to create classes that are fun, energetic, and full of flavour. Outside the studio, she runs her own baking business and recently started a new chapter in life with her husband — proving that movement and passion can sweetly coexist.
Her teaching style is full of rhythm, multicultural energy, and contagious positivity. Whether you’re a first-timer or seasoned mover, Dinu’s mission is simple: help you feel strong, confident, and inspired through movement.
“Dance has always been my escape — now I use it to help others discover what their bodies are truly capable of.”

Certified Fitness Trainer | Dance Instructor | NDIS Support Coordinator | Mama of 4
Zeinab Salah
Zeinab is a powerhouse both on and off the dance floor — a devoted mum of four and a full-time NDIS Support Coordinator by day, she turns to movement as her escape, her joy, and her peace. Her fitness journey began with hot yoga during a time she was battling obesity, and since then, movement has become her therapy and transformation.
With a bold, spicy, and unapologetically fierce teaching style, Zeinab brings intensity, empowerment, and connection to every class. Whether it’s booty work or big laughs, she’s here to help you forget your stress, move with confidence, and feel part of something bigger.
"I may be a shy nerd outside class — but in here, I’m bold, fun, and full of fire!”

Pilates & Yoga Instructor | Certified Fitness Trainer | Lifelong Learner | Mum to a Teen Aerialist
Christina Darcy (Chrissy)
Chrissy brings nearly 30 years of group fitness experience — from freestyle aerobics to yoga and Pilates — but it’s her heart-centred, mindful approach that makes her classes truly special. A proud mum to a spirited 13-year-old daughter (who's also an aerialist!), Chrissy knows how powerful it is to pause, breathe, and move with intention.
With a style that’s strong, flowing, intuitive, purposeful, and fun, Chrissy helps students reconnect with themselves — whether through a moment of stillness or a deep sense of accomplishment.
“It doesn’t have to be a ‘wow’ moment — even just carving out time for self-care and replenishing your energy through mindful movement is something to celebrate.”
