ZUMBA
Zumba Fitness is a high-energy dance fitness program inspired by Latin and international rhythms. It combines easy-to-follow choreography with music from salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, hip-hop, and more, turning every class into a dance party that doesn’t feel like exercise.
ZUMBA GOLD
Zumba Gold is a fun, lower-intensity version of Zumba designed for active older adults, beginners, or anyone wanting easier moves. It uses the same vibrant rhythms to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination while keeping fitness social and enjoyable.


YOGA
Yoga is a holistic practice that unites movement, breath, and mindfulness. Through postures, stretches, and breathing techniques, it builds strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind and supporting overall wellbeing.
KONGA FITNESS
Konga® Fitness is a wild mash-up of boxing, cardio, dance, and sculpting set to the hottest beats. It’s designed to be super easy-to-follow, so you don’t need dance experience—just bring your energy! Each class is a full-body workout that burns calories, tones muscles, and leaves you feeling fierce, fit, and unstoppable.


URBAN FIT
Urban Fit is a cardio-based workout that mixes hip hop, urban dance, and fitness moves into one energetic session. It’s designed to improve stamina, coordination, and strength while letting you enjoy great music and express yourself through movement.
BOLLY FIT
Bolly Fit is a high-energy dance fitness workout inspired by Bollywood music and moves. It blends choreography with cardio, helping you burn calories, improve fitness, and enjoy a fun, uplifting experience that leaves you energised.


SALSATION
Salsation® is a dance fitness program that combines functional body movement with the passion of different world rhythms. It focuses on musicality, lyrical expression, and making every movement feel natural, helping you get fit while truly connecting with the music.
TONE & STRETCH
Tone & Stretch class combines light strength training with guided stretching to build muscle tone, improve flexibility, and release tension. It’s a balanced workout that strengthens the body while promoting relaxation and recovery.


PILATES
Pilates is a low-impact workout performed on the floor that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Using controlled movements and breathing techniques, it helps create a strong, balanced, and toned body.
BURN
Burn is a sculpting and conditioning workout that combines dumbbell and resistance exercises with music-driven cardio. It’s designed to tone muscles, build strength, and boost endurance while keeping the energy and fun of a dance fitness class.
